How to use your printable habit tracker
- Pick habits small enough for a bad day. "Walk 15 minutes" is easier to keep than "exercise more", and our guide to building a habit that actually sticks explains why tiny wins.
- Put the sheet where you'll see it at the right moment: the fridge door, beside the kettle, or inside a notebook you open every day.
- Fill in the circle as soon as you've done the habit. Waiting until Sunday to remember the whole week rarely works.
- Missed a day? Leave it empty and carry on tomorrow. What to do after a broken streak covers the easy way back.
- At the end of the month, count your circles in the Total row. Twenty out of thirty-one is a habit that's working.
